I needed two TVs mounted to the wall in Kiama and engaged CAV. From the moment I called, I was talking to Peta. She was so professional and never once pressured me into buying anything, just gave really good advice. Normally, I would get a few quotes, but CAV was the first and only because Peta was so professional.

Jason and Logan arrived at the house on time. They were very professional, giving good, solid advice. They didn't just rush into the job to get it done and move on to the next; they took their time installing the TVs and made sure I understood how to use them. They ensured I was happy at the end. I had an issue with my innovv k5 dashcam and despite not even buying it from them originally, they bent over backwards to sort it all out for me and got me back up and running with replacement components. They went so far as to bring parts from NSW to QLD so I could grab them in person at the National 4X4 show recently.

I recently phoned Connected Audio Visual after a series of incidents that left myself and my children not feeling safe in our own house. Jared and his team promptly provided us with a range of security options that would assist us in monitoring what was occurring within and around our home. During our conversations we also spoke about renovations to our house that would be occurring and it was decided that we would install systems that had the capabilities to 'automate' our home when renovations were completed.
